I've been in Penang since Friday looking for an apartment and thankfully I found one yesterday! I'll be staying in Desa Melor which is right beside Adventist Hospital and vvvv near all the important places ie uni and Gurney Plaza. heheh.
It's been ages since I was last here but Penang is just gorgeous. All that greenery and all the beautiful old buildings and most importantly..the MAKAN, it's no wonder that it's such a popular tourist spot. Of course, you'll have to overlook the overwhelming heat and the scary drivers. Hehe but from my experiences this weekend , I think I'll be very very HAPPY here.
My mom, a former Penangite was showing me all the roads and how to get to some places and all I can say is..thank God I have a GPS. I think finding my way around here would be difficult cos my sense of direction is...no comment. But for now, I know how to get from my place to PMC so I'm covered for the 1st day :) Hehhehee. One freaky thing, where PMC is right now..that's the place where my mom and grandparents used to live. Except now it's the student centre. Talk about homecoming. Meep.

hahahha thats why i cannot wait for june/july! cepat laaa u guys dtg. but before that i kena learn how to drive penang style. scary gils. and my house is just perrrrfect for f@f man! nanti u la kasi nama...hehe we name it after our first official event. and then we can celebrate at the beach. wheee
